Alexis boasts 40  years of experience across multi-family, commercial, and residential sectors as a broker, court-ordered partition referee, active investor, coach, educator, and author, demonstrating a deep passion and broad expertise in real estate.

Trailblazing Achievements:
Starting her career in 1984 as California's first female Investment agent at Grubb & Ellis Sacramento and specializing in multi-family properties, Alexis quickly distinguished herself by becoming Nationwide Rookie of the Year and later founded the firm's National R.E.O. Program, overseeing $100 million in transactions post-1986 banking crisis.

Strategic Negotiation and Creative Solutions:
Renowned for her ability to locate and negotiate with distressed owners, investors, and various real estate stakeholders, Alexis excels in applying innovative strategies to secure and maximize returns for her clients.

Educational Contributions and Entrepreneurial Ventures:
Launched Foreclosures.com in 1992, establishing a premier platform for off-market, distressed property information, and provided training and coaching to entrepreneurs, turning foreclosure leads into profit. Published two national bestsellers on real estate investment through Wiley & Sons in 2007-2008, earning critical acclaim and media attention.

Return to Roots and Continued Leadership:
After selling Foreclosures.com in 2014, Alexis returned to her core passions as an investor, broker, and coach. In 2017, she founded Alexis McGee Group Inc Brokerage and a Meetup group to mentor agents and investors, further cementing her role as a guiding force in building real estate net worth in Northern California. In 2026 Alexis moved her team to eXp Realty to elevate her clients experience backed by a global real estate powerhouse.
